Level Up Gaming Rules & Policies
Welcome to Level Up Gaming! These rules help us maintain a safe, clean, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for everyone.
By entering the facility, creating an account, activating member access, purchasing game time, or using Level Up Gaming equipment, you agree to follow these rules. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the minors accompanying them.
Respectful Conduct
Treat other guests, employees, and remote support personnel respectfully.
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, fighting, intimidation, or sexually inappropriate behavior are prohibited.
Keep yelling, music, voice chat, and other noise at a reasonable level.
Follow all reasonable instructions given by Level Up Gaming employees.
Behavior that disrupts another guest’s experience may result in removal.
24/7 Entry and Member Access
Independent electronic entry is limited to registered members who are at least 18 years old.
Members must complete the required identity-verification process before receiving an individual mobile-access credential.
Entry credentials are personal, account-based, and nontransferable. Door activity may be logged for safety and security.
Never share your access credential, hold the door open for unauthorized guests, allow someone to follow you inside, or prop an exterior door open.
Walk-in guests who have not activated member access must check in through the onsite employee or manager.
Guests may not enter employee-only, equipment, networking, storage, or other restricted areas.
Minors
Anyone under 18 is considered a minor.
Minors do not receive independent electronic-entry credentials.
A minor may enter only with a parent or legal guardian, who must remain onsite and supervise them.
Minors are not permitted inside Level Up Gaming after 10:00 p.m.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the conduct of the minors accompanying them.
Gaming Stations, Accounts, and Payments
Each person actively using a gaming station must have their own account and paid game time.
One active player is permitted per gaming station unless otherwise approved by an employee.
Do not occupy another gaming station, chair, or desk unless it has been assigned or purchased.
Accounts, purchased time, passes, payment methods, rewards, and access credentials may not be shared, transferred, or fraudulently used.
Gaming stations may lock or shut down when paid time expires or when required for maintenance, security, or policy enforcement.
Save your progress frequently. Level Up Gaming is not responsible for unsaved game progress.
Sign out of all personal gaming, email, financial, and social-media accounts before leaving.
Equipment and Network Use
Do not move, open, disconnect, modify, damage, or tamper with computers, monitors, peripherals, furniture, cables, cameras, networking equipment, or security devices.
Ask an employee before connecting personal hardware or changing station equipment.
Cheating software, malware, hacking, cryptocurrency mining, network attacks, security bypasses, and unauthorized software are prohibited.
Do not use Level Up Gaming systems to access or distribute illegal, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate material.
Authorized personnel may remotely access Level Up-owned computers for technical support, maintenance, security, and policy enforcement.
Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from intentional damage, misuse, tampering, or negligent conduct.
Food, Drinks, and Cleanliness
Drinks must remain in closed containers and should be kept away from computers and peripherals.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by spills or careless handling of food and drinks.
Place trash in the proper containers and keep your station clean.
Do not place belongings or trash on unoccupied gaming stations, desks, or chairs.
Please maintain reasonable personal hygiene. A guest may be asked to leave if an odor or condition materially disrupts other customers.
Restrooms are for normal restroom use only. Bathing, sleeping, loitering, drug use, or other prohibited activity inside the restroom is not allowed.
Prohibited Items and Conduct
The following are prohibited:
Alcohol or illegal drugs.
Entering or remaining onsite while intoxicated or impaired.
Smoking, vaping, or using electronic cigarettes inside the facility or directly outside the entrance.
Weapons of any kind.
Theft, attempted theft, fraud, or intentional property damage.
Sleeping, extended loitering, or congregating inside the lounge, at the storefront, in the parking area, or inside vehicles.
Any activity that violates local, state, or federal law.
Safety and Security Monitoring
Level Up Gaming has at least one employee or manager physically onsite during all operating hours, including overnight.
The facility is continuously monitored through indoor and outdoor video surveillance, remote security monitoring, access-control records, and automated video-security tools. Coverage includes entrances, exits, gaming areas, the storefront, and relevant parking areas. Cameras are not installed inside restrooms.
Video recordings are retained for a minimum of 30 days and may be preserved longer when connected to a safety incident, policy violation, investigation, insurance claim, or legal requirement.
Serious, dangerous, suspicious, or illegal conduct may be reported to property security or law enforcement. Relevant video, access records, and account information may be provided when permitted or required by law.
Enforcement
Depending on the seriousness or frequency of a violation, Level Up Gaming may:
Issue a warning.
End a gaming session.
Require a guest to leave.
Suspend or permanently revoke membership and electronic access.
Temporarily or permanently ban a guest.
Contact property security or law enforcement.
Seek payment for damaged, stolen, or misused property.
Sessions terminated because of a policy violation may not be eligible for a refund. Level Up Gaming reserves the right to refuse service when permitted by law.
Marketing Communications
Creating a gaming account does not automatically enroll you in promotional text-message marketing.
If you separately choose to receive promotional emails or text messages, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or replying STOP to a promotional text. Account, payment, access, reservation, and security-related communications may still be sent when necessary to provide the requested service.
Policy Acknowledgment
By clicking the acknowledgment button, creating an account, activating member access, entering the facility, or using Level Up Gaming services, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these Rules & Policies.
These policies may be updated when necessary. The most current version will be posted on this page.
